Here is an example of an OAT prosody description. OAT implements the same language as Bell Lab's Stem-ML, which is defined in G. Kochanski and C. Shih, Prosody Modeling with Soft Templates, (Speech Communication, Vol 39 (3-4), 2003, pp. 311-352).
