Not only can the user delay the process indefinitely, he or she can store interesting points in the execution and create copies of the process.
This is analogous to continuations in Scheme or Perl. It implies that the program counter (or equivalent), along with all per-process data be stored in the browser. This can be accomplished by encoding the data into the PATH_INFO part of a URL.
